It takes about a hour to assemble each piece, so its a full day of assembly....wasn't mentioned in the marketing. Also the pilot holes in 1/3 of the furniture were not there...and without a jig..its difficult to get lined up. Not a bad product, but I paid a lot for the frustration. Once you order your sectional/couch typically your shipment should arrive in about 15 days. At the time of my order I knew they were a little behind but to be honest they did an amazing job. After getting through the first piece, we quickly formed a chain of command and flew through the remaining pieces. We love the color, material, and built in storage. I did already test the pet care fabric to see if liquids are repelled and they definitely are. The cat also felt the need to double-test the fabric and all was well. Home Reserve uses all raw materials from within the USA! They oversee all of the supply chain and know where everything is from. From the wood, foam, back cushion fibers and even the cardboard boxes it all comes from within the US. After getting to see the sectional first hand really just verified the fact that we wanted one of these sectionals for our loft space.

We purchased a large Laney Sectional and absolutely love it! We have a cat and a dog, so being able to wash the fabric and easily take it off and on is one of the reasons we love our furniture.

So if you don’t like to assemble furniture, but this still seems like a great idea to you, find someone willing to do it for you because it’s really worth it in my opinion. Had we known, we probably would not have made the purchase even though I love the idea of washable covers. Secondly, it arrived with missing pieces. We were on a tight time crunch because our house is a vacation rental and it all had to be done in a matter of days. Thirdly, I don't think the couch is all that comfortable. I feel like I'm sitting on a couch in a doctor's office. But with all the work we did, there is NO WAY we can return it.
That is huge for us because our home has minimal closet and storage space. For us we stuck with our original, but when our order came, one of the pieces got damaged in transit. Customer service was phenomenal- they not only arranged to ship to us, but even held the shipping by a few days so it wouldn't arrive when we were out of town.
